About the eTS8 Total Station.
The eSurvey eTS8 is a high-precision manual total station built on a full Android smart platform, marketed by eSurvey as an Android smart total station. It combines the eTS line's 2-arc-second angular accuracy and reliable EDM core with a large HD touchscreen, the Android operating system, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and 4G connectivity, and onboard map and DWG visualisation.
It is the most software-capable instrument in the series. Crews can run complex computing programs, load 2D maps and DWG drawings on site, and move data over the internet or cloud. Built for teams that want a modern, app-driven field experience on a conventional manual total station.

HD touchscreen

2-arc-second accuracy
An absolute-encoder reading system delivers 2-arc-second angular accuracy with display resolution down to 0.1 arc-seconds.
Comprehensive connectivity
Built-in Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspot, a 4G module and USB Type-C cover cloud data transfer and instrument interconnection.
Map and DWG visualisation
Loads 2D maps and imports DWG drawings on site, so measured points can be checked against the design in real time.
Long EDM range
