About the E500 GNSS Receiver.
The eSurvey E500 is a compact, tilt-enabled GNSS RTK receiver built for everyday land surveying in difficult conditions. An 800-channel multi-constellation board is paired with a MEMS IMU for pole-tilt measurement up to 60 degrees from vertical, so points can be shot while standing or walking without levelling.
A magnesium-alloy body, IP67 sealing and a sealed internal battery make it a rugged base-or-rover workhorse, and Atlas L-Band support delivers centimetre positioning even where there is no base station or network. It is an iF Design Award winning instrument aimed at surveyors who want a dependable, well-priced full-feature receiver.
Built to make the job faster.
60 degree IMU tilt
A MEMS IMU measures tilted points up to 60 degrees off vertical with no bubble levelling, calibrating in about 10 seconds.
Base or rover
A built-in transmit-and-receive UHF radio, compatible with all major protocols, lets one E500 work as a base or a rover.
All-constellation tracking
800 channels track GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, QZSS, IRNSS and SBAS for fast, stable fixes near canopy and buildings.
Atlas L-Band accuracy
With an Atlas subscription the E500 reaches centimetre accuracy with no base station, and aRTK holds RTK results when corrections drop out.
All-day battery, fast charge
A sealed battery gives up to 12 hours of work and recharges in about 4 hours over USB Type-C quick charge.
Rugged, light build
A magnesium-alloy body resists shock and vibration at around 1 kg, with IP67 sealing and a 2 m drop rating.
